Each trial and each triumph have molded me into the person I am today – a person driven by purpose, fueled by a desire to make a difference. Through it all, one truth remains: my unwavering commitment to creating a better future, not just for myself and my family, but for those who entrusted me with their dreams.

In 2012, I found myself at the lowest point of my life. I was trapped in a suffocating job, a relentless pressure cooker that left me drained and defeated. The weight of my responsibilities seemed insurmountable, and the stress was taking a toll

on every aspect of my being. Each Sunday night, a wave of panic would wash over me as I contemplated the impending workweek. The constant anxiety and sleepless nights left me physically and emotionally exhausted.

Before this position, I was a real estate agent, starting my career in 2004 after running a home improvement business for 10 years. I loved helping people find their dream homes, positively

impacting their lives. However, the unforeseen crash of the housing market in 2008 forced me to put my dreams on hold. My wife, Jackie, and I have five children – I needed to provide for our family, and real estate simply wasn’t cutting it anymore.

With our debt only growing and no clear end in sight, I took a sales job as an account manager. The position had a high turnover rate. I knew this wasn’t my dream job, but nothing could have prepared me for how truly all-consuming the position was. Most weeks, I worked nearly 80 hours under constant stress and pressure to over-perform.

It wreaked havoc on my mental and physical health. What little time I had for family, I could hardly enjoy as I dreaded the next morning when I would have to return to work.

During this dark time of my life, I leaned on my faith, trusting God to give me direction. I realized I could no longer continue down the path of burnout and disillusionment. After much prayer during vacation, I was certain my place was back in real estate.

In April of 2013, I made the bold decision to leave behind the suffocating corporate job that had provided a steady paycheck to once again enter the realm of commission income with zero guarantees. It was a leap of faith, guided by the firm belief that a higher purpose was waiting for me.

Reentering the real estate industry full-time was both a homecoming and a fresh start. I embraced my passion wholeheartedly, dedicating myself to mastering my skills, understanding the nuances of marketing, advertising and creating a compelling online presence. Through continuous learning and personal growth, I transformed my approach to real estate, striving to provide the utmost value to my clients.

Placing my trust in my Creator, I recognized that my career’s purpose was to serve others and guide them through the life-changing process of buying or selling real estate. It became clear that my mission was not just about transactions but about building relationships, fostering trust and making a positive impact on the lives of those I serve.

As I realigned my career with my values, I witnessed a remarkable transformation not only in my professional life but also in my personal life. We were able to become debt-free within three years. The cloud of stress and anxiety that had shrouded my family began to lift. My marriage grew stronger, and the atmosphere at home became more positive and joyful. When you're doing what you love, it radiates into every corner of your life, and I am immensely grateful for the positive impact that pursuing my vocational passion has had on my family.

In 2021, we launched our brokerage, Vision Realty Group, with a mission to better not only our family’s future but also the future of our clients through exceptional service that exceeds expectations. As Jackie has always done, she supports me, working as Client Care Coordinator for our practice. This journey has given me immense gratitude for her, our incredible children and our faith.

Over several decades, I have worked in construction, owned a home improvement business, and worked in real estate. Today, I am the CEO and broker of Vision Realty Group. From identifying potential problems or areas of concern in the structure of a home to negotiating a fantastic deal, I have the experience, knowledge and resources to coordinate a smooth transaction, paying attention to every detail along the way.

Since returning to the industry full-time in 2013, I have prioritized building an online presence. Our Facebook page reaches 100,000+ people, helping our clients get max views for their listings and keeping our community updated on the market. By perfecting our systems and processes and staying educated on market trends, I continue to elevate the services we offer our clients.

As a REALTOR®, I don’t believe my role is simply to sell a house and disappear into the sunset. I have a different approach – one that centers around being your dedicated partner, your agent for life for as long as you live in the area. My mission is to be a genuine blessing to you and your friends, utilizing my industry knowledge to help you achieve lifelong goals. At Vision Realty Group, we are dedicated to changing lives for the better; for you, your loved ones, and our agent partners.

Sincerely,
