Flexible Commission Options

  Our Easy Exit Listing Agreement allows you to terminate by written notice without reimbursing us for expenses!

  • 1% -If you find the buyer (with no additional agent involved) VRG will handle the contract, disclosures and walk-through at closing           for a total fee of 1% (minimum $1,995)

  • 4% -We find the buyer, you pay a flat fee of 4% (only the seller is represented)

  • 5% -Implementation of our Enhanced Marketing Package* and another agent brings the buyer you pay 5%

           •  * Enhanced Marketing Package- Includes a professionally produced and edited Facebook Ad, listing posted to social media,            listing syndication to hundreds of websites, yard and directional signage.

  • 5.5% -Implementation of our Premier Marketing Package** and another agent brings the buyer you pay 5.5%

           •  **Premier Marketing Package- Enhanced Marketing Package PLUS a professionally produced walkthrough video attached to           the listing and additional exposure on social media, drone photography on applicable properties.

  • 6% -Implementation of our Elite Marketing Package*** and another agent brings the buyer you pay 6%

           •  *** Elite Marketing Package- Premier Marketing Package PLUS the Facebook Ad budget is increased 50%, a scale floorplan             with room sizes is attached to the listing.

  • Properties listed over 300K get the Elite Marketing Package for Premier pricing!
