Unless you are in the real estate business or very savvy through past experience, you need your own advocate---someone who represents you the buyer, not any seller. Dale was immensely helpful to us. When we first met with him we explained our needs and budget. He found properties that met our criteria and kept us advised of new listings and updates on properties. He did a history search of the homes recently sold in the neighborhoods we were interested in. He showed us about half a dozen homes, some a couple of times, in this past brutal February weather.
